SWAN stands for the decriminalization of sex work, abolition of the unjust criminal system, and dignity for all. SWAN is a non-profit organization that seeks to end the injustices faced by those who engage in sex work. We believe that every person should have agency over their own bodies and labor and be able to live with dignity. We are working towards this goal through direct service provision, advocacy, training & education, research & evaluation (including community-based participatory action research), and policy reform.
